Here’s how I made my salad for lunch today. Gathering ingredients, I have today my greens, broccoli slaw, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, avocado, sunflower seeds, and my favorite dressing from @healthnutla Spicy Asian dressing. Oops almost forgot my roasted chicken. If I don’t make it myself my next fav is Costco’s whole roasted chicken and just shred it.
